Physical therapist

As a seasoned physical therapist with a Master's from Mayo and 30+ years in the field, one of my areas of interest is supporting women during their recovery from gynecological surgeries and the changes that occur during menopause, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to navigate this new chapter in their lives. I also enjoy working to improve general quality of life, whether it be helping to manage pain complaints, issues with pelvic floor dysfunction, or just staying strong during menopause. I am proud to be included in the Best of Bolingbrook 2026 for PT, along with earning my Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification in 2025. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and my 2 dogs, Dover and Kida!
